Senior Night

• helping students with getting fitted for their uniform

• helpIng with uniforms during games and competitions

• sewing and hemming

• distributing and collecting plumes

• Home Games

  • 10 to 12 volunteers are needed

    • • cashiers

      • runners

      • grillers

      • etc.

• Responsibilities: 

  • grocery ordering and shopping

  • ordering ice

  • concession stand setup 

  • grill operation

• riding the buses

• escorting the band with the directors

• carrying the medical bag

•  assisting Color Guard

• distributing and collecting plumes

• Home Games: 

  • • transporting pit equipment to the field and back to the band room after halftime 

• Away Games/ Competitions:

  • • loading and unloading the equipment trailer 

    • transporting the equipment on and off the field. 

• May also assist with colorguard equipment and props

• selling raffle tickets during home games

  • • profit goes to senior scholarship

• helping with sales and spreading the word

Tag Day is the largest fundraiser for the band!

Volunteers are needed to help direct the students to their neighborhoods, hand out materials on Tag Day and to drive students on a Saturday in September to community neighborhoods.
